Upkeep of proper methods for materials safety are in place.
Regularly maintained Automatic Fire Detection Systems exist.
Fire doors are prominently indicated for emergency use.

Fire Safety:

Sufficient fire extinguishers and automatic fire hydrants are installed.
Workers are trained and wear identification badges.
Aisles, exits and stairs are maintained free of obstructions and marked permanently, using color tiles.
An Automated Electronic fire alarm system is in place.
Smoke detector, PA system and emergency lights are installed.
Each floor has a separate evacuation plan.
